OPERATIONS MANAGER – SOFT SERVICES
Al Ghurair Asset Management is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage all soft services within our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service delivery across cleaning, housekeeping, security coordination, pest control, waste management, and other support services while maintaining client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of soft services including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve service quality and efficiency
- Supervise, train, and manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
- Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Handle incident management, complaints, and corrective actions promptly
- Coordinate with other departments (hard services, procurement, HR, etc.)
BARRISTA – 1 MONTH CONTRACT

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Immediate joiners preferred
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – SOFT SERVICES (FACILITY MANAGEMENT)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within facility management
- Strong knowledge of UAE market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience within the UAE Soft Services industry (Cleaning, Security, Maintenance, Rope Access, Pest Control)
- Extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate and facility management landscape
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
ROPE ACCESS TECHNICIAN – IRATA L1
Requirements:
- IRATA Level 1 certification
- 2–4 years Gulf experience required
- Immediate joining preferred
