Job Description
- Oversee construction projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring timely completion, budget compliance, and high-quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and technical staff.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Inspector - Marine
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marine inspection or maritime roles.
- Knowledge of international maritime standards, regulations, and inspection techniques.
- Experience inspecting various marine vessels and structures.
- Understanding of environmental regulations for marine operations.
- Proficiency in inspection software and tools.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Relevant marine inspection certifications (e.g., NACE, FROSIO, or equivalent).
- Physical fitness and willingness to travel within UAE and internationally.
Planning Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Planning / Project Controls, preferably in major transport programs.
- Advanced knowledge of ORACLE Primavera P6.
- Ability to develop, monitor, and control project schedules.
- Hands-on experience with WBS coding, cost/schedule variance analysis, EVMS, contract changes, and claims.
- Knowledge of Time Impact Analysis techniques.
Inspector - Material
Job Description
- Inspect and verify construction materials delivered to site for compliance with specifications, approved submittals, and contracts.
- Check material approvals, delivery notes, batch certificates, and test reports.
- Sample and witness laboratory and field tests for soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, steel, and other civil materials per approved ITPs.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials on-site.
- Verify compliance with approved suppliers, manufacturers, and laboratories.
Material Inspector
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE local authority procedures, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering.
