Senior Officer - Customer Service - Ports
- Act as primary point of contact for customers, handling complex inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups in line with KPIs and SLAs.
- Take ownership of customer cases logged in CRM, ensuring timely resolution, proactive follow-ups, and clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Plan future infrastructure within industrial zones.
- Improve UTS procedures related to investor approvals.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Written & spoken English essential; Arabic preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in utilities management.
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures for utilities facilities/assets operations per ADNOC/AGP standards.
