Experienced Real Estate Agent (English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Turkish Speakers)
We are looking for experienced female Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team and capitalize on Dubai’s thriving property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand property requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, new projects, and competitor developments.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to leverage branding and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and clients using the CRM system.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions, events, and property exhibitions.
- Collaborate with RMs to gain priority access to high-demand projects and negotiate better terms or allocations for clients.
