Draftsman
Key Qualifications & Skills
- High School, Diploma, or Certificate in Civil, Architectural, or MEP Drafting, or related technical field
- Minimum 0–1 year of experience as a Draughtsman in facilities management, property maintenance, or construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or similar software is an advantage
- Strong understanding of MEP, civil, and architectural drawings
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and prepare clear, accurate drawings
- Skilled in as-built drawing preparation, space planning, and facility layouts
- Strong documentation, revision control, and organizational skills
- Able to coordinate with engineers, maintenance teams, and contractors for site measurements and layout updates
- Detail-oriented, with accountability, adaptability, and a result-oriented mindset
- Supports integration of drawings into CAFM or BMS platforms and assists in project planning, renovations, and maintenance initiatives
Permit To Work (PTW) Officer

Job Requirements
- High School or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant indirect tax experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Hands-on experience in VAT reporting, reconciliations, and tax audit support is required
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws, excise tax regulations, and FTA guidelines
- Experience in VAT compliance, reconciliations, and audit processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and tax compliance software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
