Site Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain site filing systems (hardcopy & digital)
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Track drawings, transmittals, and technical documents
- Maintain material submittal and approval logs
- Ensure proper document version control
Workforce & HR Coordination
- Monitor manpower attendance and timesheets
- Coordinate onboarding documentation for new site staff
- Assist with leave tracking and site HR documentation
- Support compliance documentation and audits
Procurement & Site Support
- Track material deliveries and gate passes
- Maintain LPO and invoice logs
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
- Support site inventory and asset tracking
LOTO Coordinator - Senior
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 6–10+ years within MEP, commissioning, or electrical safety roles
- Proven experience managing high-volume permit and isolation systems
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, data centre, or mission-critical projects preferred
Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and isolation hierarchy
- Strong understanding of electrical hazards and risk assessment
- Ability to manage energisation sequencing and control strategy
- Strong documentation and MS Office proficiency
Leadership & Governance
- Strong decision-making capability in high-risk environments
- Ability to operate within defined authority matrices
- Experience leading audits and driving compliance culture
Planning Engineer - Snr
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6+ years MEP planning experience
- Strong experience developing baseline programme (not only updates)
- Primavera P6 expert
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Experience preparing planning narratives & methodology
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Highly Preferred
- Tender planning / pre-contract experience
- Data centre / complex MEP / fast-track projects
- Power BI, Navisworks, or BIM-linked planning exposure
- Experience presenting programme to clients
Digital Construction Engineer
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and BS 1192
- Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Tekla, Archicad)
- Experience in BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revizto)
- Familiarity with openBIM standards (IFC, COBie) and model checking (e.g., Solibri)
- Knowledge of CDE platforms (Aconex, BIM 360) and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Visual programming (Dynamo) and Power BI experience preferred
- Understanding of 4D/5D BIM workflows and outputs

ضمان التحكم السليم في إصدارات المستندات

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
الخبرة:

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أنظمة التصاريح والعزل ذات الحجم الكبير
