Officer - Logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and review all import and export documentation, maintaining shipment tracking reports and ensuring compliance with UAE customs and healthcare authority regulations (MOHAP, Dubai Municipality, MOFAIC), including cold chain standards.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities including supplier and freight forwarder communication, pre-alerts, warehouse coordination, last-mile delivery, and resolution of shipment discrepancies.
- Handle regulatory processes such as MOFAIC invoice attestation and ensure accurate application of international shipping Incoterms.
