Role Description
Full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi. Responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting viewings, negotiating contracts, providing market analysis, and building long-term client relationships while maintaining excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in real estate and knowledge of property trends and regulations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience delivering client-focused services and conducting training sessions
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate market is an advantage

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid real estate license if required by local regulations
