Marketing Manager - Fragrance

Job Purpose

Provide strategic direction and lead the Marketing function of MHG to enhance brand profile, expand customer base, promote revenue growth, and ensure long-term strategic positioning. Drive standardization in marketing activities including digital media, advertising, public relations, influencers, branding, sales, and CRM aligned with Group strategy.

Key Accountabilities

Develop Marketing Department policies and procedures to fulfill organizational requirements.
Oversee Marketing Department operations, provide expertise, encourage teamwork, and facilitate professional processes for high performance standards.
Set and manage the yearly Marketing Department budget and control expenditure.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies to increase market desirability and share.

Production Manager - Interior-fit out

People Development

Develop innovative teams capable of adapting and creating new opportunities.
Coach and guide teams to perform optimally and produce high-quality outputs.
Evaluate performance of direct team members and review indirect span of control for efficiency and consistency.
Promote ongoing training and upskill key talent for larger roles.
Provide leadership avenues for escalation and prompt resolution of team concerns.

Job Requirements

7–10 years overall experience, including at least 3+ years in project management with tracking, planning, and working with stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
Experience in retail store fit-outs of high-end luxury stores.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering.

Language Skills
English: Read, Write, Speak.

Operations Manager - Medge

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Over 15 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
Hands-on experience managing semi-luxury fit-out works and landscaping.
Strong understanding of joinery, finishes, and external works.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
