Care Counselor
Required Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in chronic disease coordination, care navigation, or clinical administration.
- Background as a nurse, clinic coordinator, case manager, or similar clinical-facing role.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems; TrakCare knowledge is a strong plus.
Required Job Skills and Knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage).

- Active and valid life support certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
- Desired: Specialty-specific knowledge.
Required Experience
- Essential: At least 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience at Consultant level (independent of country).
- Desired: At least 1 year Consultant level experience from a Tier 1 country as specified by the UAE healthcare regulator.
