Document Controller
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Organise internal and external meetings, presentations, and associated logistics
- Support the commercial team with contracts, bids, and documentation
- Manage office supplies and PPE, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain and administer electronic file-sharing systems such as SharePoint and Aconex
- Oversee system management, ensuring documents meet quality standards
- Create and update distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow
- Maintain project work package matrices and generate reports for the project team
- Ensure key processes, including RFIs, operate in line with established procedures

- Previous experience working within a construction team

Electrical Engineer Building
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Review Design Validation Reports, IFC drawings, and shop drawings for building projects
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC Yellow Book, UAE electrical codes, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, ADCD)
- Supervise electrical site works and monitor contractor compliance with approved designs
- Support testing, commissioning, and BMS/system integration activities
- Coordinate authority submissions, approvals, and inspections
- Resolve design and site‑related technical issues efficiently
- Liaise with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and stakeholders
- Manage multiple technical reviews to ensure timely approvals and delivery

- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience working for a PMC and/or Supervision Consultant, with at least 5 years in the UAE
- Strong background in mixed-use building projects (mandatory)
- Experience in infrastructure works is an advantage (not required)

- Experience in large-scale mixed-use developments
