Housekeeping Supervisor
Min 3-5 years of experience in facilities management - residential, commercial, hotel.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Hotel Management or related field preferred)
Experience Required:
- General cleaning of common areas, lobbies, staircases, swimming pool areas, corridors, elevators, etc.
- Should be physically fit and hardworking
- Ability to train, guide, and manage housekeeping team members
- Experience in supervising housekeeping staff and operations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Language: English and Swahili (preferred)

المؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة المنشآت (سكنية، تجارية، فندقية)
- درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل إدارة الفنادق أو مجال ذي صلة)
الخبرة المطلوبة:
- تنظيف شامل للمناطق العامة: اللوبي، السلالم، مناطق المسابح، الممرات، المصاعد، إلخ.
- لياقة بدنية عالية وقدرة على العمل الشاق
- القدرة على تدريب وإرشاد وإدارة فريق التدبير المنزلي
- خبرة في الإشراف على موظفي التدبير المنزلي والعمليات
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والقيادة
- اللغة: الإنجليزية والسواحيلية (يفضل)
