About the Job

King’s College Hospital London – Dubai is looking for Nursing Graduates (unlicensed) who are interested in starting their careers in a dynamic, patient‑focused Call Centre Agent role. What You Will Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Assist patients with appointment bookings, inquiries, and service information.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Education & Qualification

• UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA).
• Bachelor degree in psychology and Postgraduate Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., Ed.D., D.Clin.Psy) from an approved psychology faculty or educational faculty with focus on Psychology. OR
• Bachelor degree in psychology and Postgraduate full-time Master’s degree (MSc, MA, M.Phil) of minimum two (2) years from a psychology faculty or educational faculty with focus on psychology, provided that the bachelor degree is minimum four (4) years duration.

Experience

• Not less than 3 years as a Clinical Psychologist in a large hospital with relevant experience with patients with same diagnosis seen in acute care hospital or rehab facilities - Required.
• Wide background preferred (i.e., ICU, acute medical/surgical) with 1 year of demonstrated leadership - Desired.

Patient Administrators - Front Desk & Billing (Locum/Temporary Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Process billing, insurance verification, approvals, and payment collection accurately.
• Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with hospital policies.
• Coordinate closely with clinical teams, insurance, and other operational departments to support seamless patient flow.
• Address and escalate patient concerns appropriately.
• Support general administrative duties as needed to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare administration/front-desk role is preferred.
• Knowledge of billing processes, insurance workflows, and patient registration systems.
• Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Availability to commit to a 6‑month temporary contract, with potential for full‑time absorption based on performance.

Endoscopy Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care during pre‑, intra‑, and post‑endoscopy procedures.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
• Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
• Monitor and assess patients before and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

• DHA Registered Nurse License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Endoscopy (GI endoscopy experience).
• Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures, equipment, and infection control standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic clinical environment.
