Civil Structural Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 12 years of work experience in large-scale projects, preferably in Abu Dhabi
- Strong familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes
- Experience in mall, retail, or mixed-use commercial developments
- Hands-on experience with pile foundations, precast concrete systems, hollow core slabs (HCS), and structural connection detailing and review
- Thorough understanding of ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) testing, inspection, and compliance requirements
- Experience within a PMC / Construction Supervision environment preferred
Mechanical Inspector
Responsibilities
- Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and act in a timely manner
- Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices
- Report works not in accordance with approved drawings/specifications and notify stakeholders
- Monitor quality of works and assess site safety, including health and environmental compliance with QCS standards
- Maintain records of daily site activities, including progress photos for inspections
- Prepare surveillance reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) if required
Civil/Landscape Inspector
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect all landscape construction activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and associated civil works
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor contractor progress and performance to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
- Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports for landscape-related elements
- Review and comment on contractors’ method statements, materials submittals, and shop drawings
- Coordinate with other site inspectors, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues

- مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية مقارنة بعقود المشروع والمواصفات، اللوائح المحلية والممارسات الدولية.
- الإبلاغ عن أي أعمال غير مطابقة للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة للمراجعة واتخاذ الإجراءات.
- مراقبة جودة الأعمال وتقييم السلامة في الموقع بما في ذلك الصحة والبيئة وفق مواصفات العقد وQCS.
- حفظ سجلات الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع بما في ذلك الصور التقدمية لضمان توفرها للفحص عند الحاجة.
- إعداد تقارير المراقبة للتقصير أو تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) عند الحاجة وفق الأحداث المتطورة.
مفتش مدني/مناظر طبيعية
- الإشراف والتفتيش على جميع أعمال تنسيق المواقع بما في ذلك المساحات الخضراء، الأعمال الصلبة، أنظمة الري والأعمال المدنية المرتبطة.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفق الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة، اللوائح المحلية والمعايير الصناعية.
- مراقبة تقدم المقاولين وأدائهم، وضمان جودة الأعمال والانتهاء في الوقت المحدد.
- إجراء تفتيشات الموقع وإعداد تقارير تفتيشية للعناصر المتعلقة بالمناظر الطبيعية.
