Job Description
The Recovery Driver is responsible for safely transporting vehicles, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring customer satisfaction during recovery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely.
- Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests promptly.
- Load and secure vehicles properly on the recovery truck to prevent damage during transport.
- Deliver recovered vehicles to designated locations such as workshops, vendors, or customer sites.
- Ensure all recovery operations follow road safety rules and company procedures.
- Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the recovery vehicle.
- Maintain proper documentation for each recovery task (job sheet, delivery note, etc.).
- Communicate with the logistics team regarding job updates and location status.
- Provide professional customer service during recovery operations.
