About the Job
Job Overview:
Perform monitoring and site management work to ensure that sites are conducting the study(ies) and reporting study data as required by the study protocol, applicable regulations and guidelines, and sponsor requirements.
Essential Functions
- Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits) in accordance with contracted scope of work and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs to enhance predictability.
- Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues.
- Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalate quality issues as appropriate.
- Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution. May support start-up phase.
- Ensure copies/originals (as required) of site documents are available for filing in the Trial Master File (TMF) and verify that the Investigator's Site File (ISF) is maintained in accordance with GCP and local regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions
- Ensures the quarterly and full-year revenue targets are met by providing leadership to the sales team and coordinates the involvement of IQVIA resources (marketing, sales specialists, consulting, client services) in actively promoting the full IQVIA offerings to anticipate and meet client needs.
- Ensures that sales team is fully staffed, trained, and deployed to maximize sales coverage.
- Develops and executes account plan(s) and monitors progress.
- Adjusts plan accordingly to consider new IQVIA offerings as well as significant changes to business conditions.
- Assigns accounts/territories and associated revenue goals to teams.
- Directs the activities of a sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in large, complex accounts or sales territory.
- Takes proactive role in contract strategy.
- Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
- As required, may lead negotiations in renewing contract(s) within assigned accounts.
- Develops relationships with key executives and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Manages the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product/service offerings.
- May proactively work within global and regional account/sales management in the pursuit of high profile business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Nine (9) years of relevant experience required.

- التأكد من أن فريق المبيعات مجهز بالكامل ومدرب وموظف لتعظيم تغطية المبيعات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الحسابات ومتابعة التقدم، مع تعديل الخطط بما يتوافق مع العروض الجديدة والتغيرات في بيئة الأعمال.
- تحديد الحسابات/المناطق وأهداف الإيرادات المرتبطة بها وتوجيه أنشطة فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أو تجاوز الأهداف.
