Treasury Analyst
About the Company
Henkel operates globally with leading positions across Adhesive Technologies, Beauty Care, and Laundry & Home Care. The Treasury team manages Henkel’s cash flow, liquidity, financial risk, and banking relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and account reconciliations while monitoring bank balances and liquidity.
Ensure timely execution of payments with proper documentation and compliance with internal controls.
Manage bank accounts, signatories, and coordinate with local and global banking partners.
Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash trends, working capital, and financial KPIs.
Support treasury audits ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
Monitor FX exposure, support hedging documentation, and contribute to risk management activities.
Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to system upgrades, automation, and digitalization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Henkel’s internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field (recent graduate).
Experience creating structured and professional PowerPoint presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of SharePoint and/or Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content.
Warehouse Assistant - Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming materials according to safety and warehouse standards.
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production orders and outbound shipments.
Manage inventory in SAP WMS including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Transfer Orders.
Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and monitor stock accuracy and shelf-life.
Generate and maintain warehouse documentation ensuring compliance.
Uphold SHE, ISO, HSE, and company SOP standards, reporting damages or safety hazards.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams.
Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor - Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
Supervise end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
Ensure compliance with safety standards for chemicals, coating systems, and flammable materials.
Manage SAP WMS transactions while maintaining >99% inventory accuracy.
Lead and coordinate warehouse team members for efficient operations.
Control inventory and quality processes including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, batch/expiry verification, and quarantine management.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong SAP WMS transactional knowledge and hands-on experience in inventory control.
Solid understanding of export procedures, customs documentation, and shipping coordination.
Ability to interpret packing lists, MSDS, and technical product labels accurately.
Proven leadership and team management skills within warehouse environments.
Strong planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or manufacturing-based distribution centers.
Additional certifications in supply chain, inventory management, material handling, storage, or Six Sigma are an advantage.
