Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Network or Telecom Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in optical transmission systems (DWDM), LAN/Wireless Protocols, or TCP/IP
- Experience working with field technicians, engineers, or vendors in telecom environments (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Layer 1 optical transmissions, Layer 3 routing TCP/IP, wireless networking, network design, or operations
- Experience creating optical designs using vendor tools and translating designs to implementation
- Proficiency in New Product Introduction (NPI) and writing test plan documents
- Understanding optical design trade-offs and awareness of TL1/CLI automation
- Ability to identify repetitive tasks and propose automation for workflows

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations across multiple data center or warehouse locations
- Create, lead, and support cross-functional initiatives or projects
- Manage third-party logistics partners, monitor KPIs, vendor scorecards, and support business case development for process improvements
- Manage quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects
- Maintain relationships with internal customers at data centers
- Identify opportunities to improve cost or quality of services and present documented business cases for approval

Responsibilities
- Manage procurement process: vendor selection, agreement negotiations, managing variations, and final system handover
- Validate critical engineering decisions on cable routing, protection, marine installation, and landing point infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements
- Serve as primary link between technical teams and executive management, providing project status, risk updates, and knowledge sharing
- Develop permit acquisition strategies with vendors, monitor risks, and implement schedule mitigation plans
- Coordinate readiness of Cable Landing Stations, fronthaul/backhaul, and beach infrastructure for seamless installation
