- Emirates Global Aluminium is the world’s biggest ‘premium aluminium’ producer and the largest industrial company in the United Arab Emirates outside the oil and gas industry.
- EGA is an integrated aluminium producer, with operations on four continents from bauxite mining to the production of cast primary aluminium and recycling.
- EGA employs over 7,000 of these people including more than 1,200 UAE Nationals.
- EGA operates aluminium smelters in Jebel Ali and Al Taweelah in the United Arab Emirates, an alumina refinery in Al Taweelah, a bauxite mine and associated export facilities in the Republic of Guinea, a speciality foundry in high strength recycled aluminium in Germany, and a recycling plant in the United States.

Available Positions
National Trainee Operations (Smelter, Power, Desal, Maintenance, and Technical)
Responsibilities
Participate in structured training programs lasting from 6 months to 3 years.
Engage in comprehensive classroom-based learning sessions.
Gain practical workshop exposure to master industrial tools and techniques.
Perform on-the-job tasks across various EGA operational areas to build site-specific expertise.
Support long-term operational goals while developing core technical skills.
Requirements
Must be a UAE National (Male or Female) holding a valid UAE passport.
Education: High School Certificate.
Age: Between 19 and 32 years old.
Skills: Good communication skills in English.
National Service: Must have completed National Service (if applicable).

الالتزام بحضور جلسات التعلم القائمة على الفصول الدراسية.
اكتساب الخبرة العملية في الورش لإتقان الأدوات والتقنيات الصناعية.
تنفيذ المهام في مواقع العمل المختلفة عبر مناطق عمليات شركة "إيمال" لبناء خبرة ميدانية.
دعم الأهداف التشغيلية طويلة المدى مع تطوير المهارات الفنية الأساسية.
المتطلبات
أن يكون المتقدم من مواطني دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة (ذكور وإناث) ويحمل جواز سفر إماراتي.
المؤهل العلمي: شهادة الثانوية العامة.
العمر: ما بين 19 و32 عاماً.
المهارات: مهارات اتصال جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
الخدمة الوطنية: إتمام الخدمة الوطنية (للمتقدمين الذكور الذين ينطبق عليهم النظام).
