Project Engineer - Solar Energy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Renewable Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of Project / Site management experience in Solar projects for commercial warehouses, factories, and industrial buildings
Knowledge & Skills
- Project management: scheduling, budgeting, controlling, risk management, resource allocation
- Strong technical knowledge of solar systems: panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical systems
- Fundamentals of Solar Energy, basic electrical systems, wiring inverters, power electronics & electrical safety
- Knowledge of regulations, standards, mechanical systems, structural considerations, mounting systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Understanding of local electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Divisional Manager - MEP
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Master’s degree in Business Management preferred
- PMI - PMP Certification preferred
Experience
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in managing MEP projects for residential and commercial towers and industrial buildings

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Bill of Quantity for materials/machinery required for allocated work
- Optimize manpower utilization; allocate fitters, electricians, helpers as per project work
- Prepare daily reports reflecting work progress and submit to supervisor
- Maintain inventory of stock, equipment, and materials
- Attend to snag points and respond to minimize risk
- Ensure safety regulations are followed by workers
- Supervise daily performance of workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Check toolbox stock and verify equipment is returned safely in working condition
- Control the usage of materials at the work site
- Refer to installation drawings and carry out works on-site with team
HSE Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent international certification
- OSHAD or UAE-specific safety certification
- Environmental certification such as ISO 14001 or related
Experience
- At least 2-4 years of HSE management in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
- Experience in site supervision and managing safety for large-scale construction projects
- Track record in accident investigation, risk assessment, and implementation of safety policies
- Experience on ESCO projects, retrofit projects, or large-scale MEP construction projects is a plus
