1) Retail Area Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based internal audits across Finance, Procurement, Human Capital, IT, Strategy, Governance, HSEQ, and shared services

People Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop the audit team; set measurable goals
• Manage resourcing, workloads, and budgets for audit delivery
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications: CIA, CPA, CISA, CA, or ACCA
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in auditing/operations management or related field
• Preferred: UAE Nationals

3) Senior Officer – Talent Relations

Job Purpose: Oversee and enhance talent relations by supporting employee relations, HR operations, and compliance, ensuring effective communication between employees and management.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR operations and complex administrative/payroll activities
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS with confidentiality and integrity
• Handle escalated employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and procedures
• Prepare HR reports/analytics and dashboards with actionable insights
• Support managers in employee relations matters and UAE labor compliance
• Support grievance/disciplinary procedures with proper documentation

4) Engineer – Civil

Supports civil engineering activities across facilities and projects (scope varies by assignment). Ensure you highlight civil engineering experience, site exposure, and relevant project work in your CV.

5) Key Account Manager – Fleet Solutions

Role Purpose: Attract, manage, and develop Government & Industrial Fuel Sales by delivering efficient services to key customers and optimizing sales and revenue aligned with Emarat’s strategy.

Key Accountabilities

• Promote fuel products to existing and potential customers
• Identify new business opportunities; onboard clients; prepare agreements and reports
• Build relationships to uncover customer needs and sales opportunities
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and discounts; report findings
• Conduct site visits and update assets register (Free Loan Assets) in ORACLE
• Monitor receivables and ensure compliance with payment terms

6) Assistant – IT Asset Support

Role Purpose: Support IT asset management to ensure availability, functionality, tracking, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Activities

• Maintain inventory of IT assets; track status, location, and ownership
• Perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide first-line support; troubleshoot hardware/software; escalate when needed
• Log incidents and track SLAs using the ticketing system

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and report on SOP compliance at corporation-managed locations (C-store, fuel, auto-care, bakery, franchise)
• Investigate variances; recommend improvements to merchandising and stock control
• Lead periodic and year-end stock take programs; ensure 8-week cycle counts per location
• Perform physical stock checks and reconcile adjustments/invoices/credits
• Prepare and distribute reports; coordinate findings with relevant teams
• Conduct spot checks on cash/fuel/stock; follow up on corrective actions
• Train staff and support development of stock take team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
• 5 years’ experience in Accounting / Inventory Control / Retail
• Relevant IT skills and inventory management knowledge
• Valid driving license required
