Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues reported by Field staff/Sales staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer provision activity efficiently.
• Provide first-level technical support, ensuring high-quality service and minimal delay.
• Maintain accurate logs of issues, resolutions, and shift activities with supervisory skills.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding incident status and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of MS office plus able to navigate within web based system applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• UAE National (Family Book required).

Sr. Manager / Autonomous Mobility

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in drones and robotics operations and operations management, with proven delivery across the GCC region.
• Extensive knowledge of drone and robotics technologies, including platform selection, payload integration, and mission-specific deployment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and safety standards applicable to drone and robotics operations in the UAE and internationally.
• Certified for Multirotor and Fixed Wing drone operations, demonstrating advanced piloting and operational skills.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex operations and leading cross-functional teams in diverse environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, facilitating 
• collaboration with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
