Qualifications

Experience

• >15 Years of Marketing Experience in Mobile and ideally home products in Telecom or digitally sophisticated high-tech or service industry (Telecoms, Digital Banking, Aviation, Software).
• Emirati Strategy, Propositions, and CX Design considered ideal.
• Marketing Strategy Design, Brand building, Propositions design according to market insights.
• A successful track record of launches and winning market share.
• Well-networked and capable of forming win-win partnerships with 3rd party companies.
• Able to lead and influence senior non-directly reporting individuals.
• Digital CX and Journey Design.
• Loyalty Platform Launch and Operation.

Business Process Automation Specialist (UAE Nationals)

Day-to-Day Activities

• Review existing automations daily, including morning health checks of virtual machines.
• Monitor bot performance and identify failures or improvements.
• Work on process automation and business process design.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather automation requirements.
• Prepare Change Requests (CRs) and justifications; coordinate with the Robotics IT Team for implementation.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor of Science degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in process development and management.
• Experience in improvement initiatives.
• Experience in telecommunication industry domain or relevant field.
• General consulting skills: facilitation, workshops preparation, requirements capture.

Manager Portfolio Demand Management (Emirati Talent)

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum Bachelor in Information Technology / Information Services / Computer Science.
• Certifications such as Project Management, Agile Methodologies preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

• 10 years of experience in IT demand, portfolio, program, or delivery management.
• Prior experience working with large transformation programs and BAU portfolios.
• Exposure to multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).

Manager IT Demand Planning & Capacity

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in demand planning, capacity management, or portfolio roles.
• Proven experience managing capacity and planning in ADM vendor landscapes.
• Experience in telecom or large enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience in Data Analytics, Eazy BI, Jira Dashboards.

Skills

• Strong analytical and planning skills with a financial mindset.
• Ability to balance demand ambition with capacity and cost realities.
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management capability.
• Data-driven decision making and scenario planning.
• Experience managing capacity-based delivery models (MD-based).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall capacity planning.
• Experience working with ADM vendors and SI models.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and portfolio / capacity reporting tools.

Director Lean Portfolio & Agile Transformation

Key Accountabilities

• Lead large-scale Agile & Lean transformation across IT and Business.
• Shift from project-based delivery to value-stream and product-oriented models.
• Own Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) including demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and value tracking.
• Establish and lead the Lean Centre of Excellence (LCoE).
• Coach CIO, senior leaders, and product teams on outcome-based funding and Agile governance.
• Design Agile–Hybrid operating models in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Drive cultural change, improve portfolio flow, predictability, and time-to-market.

Experience & Skills

• 15+ years in IT leadership, delivery, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record in leading scaled Agile / Lean transformations.
• Strong experience in Lean Portfolio Management.
• Telecom or large enterprise experience preferred.
• SAFe / Agile Coaching certifications advantageous.
• Executive presence with strong influencing and systems-thinking capability.
