Day-to-Day Activities
- Review existing automations daily, including morning health checks of virtual machines.
- Monitor bot performance and identify failures or improvements.
- Work on process automation and business process design.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather automation requirements.
- Prepare Change Requests (CRs) and justifications; coordinate with the Robotics IT Team for implementation.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in process development and management.

- Prior experience working with large transformation programs and BAU portfolios.

Experience

Skills

- Experience managing capacity-based delivery models (MD-based).

- Lead large-scale Agile & Lean transformation across IT and Business.
- Shift from project-based delivery to value-stream and product-oriented models.
- Own Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) including demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and value tracking.
- Establish and lead the Lean Centre of Excellence (LCoE).
- Coach CIO, senior leaders, and product teams on outcome-based funding and Agile governance.
- Design Agile–Hybrid operating models in complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Drive cultural change, improve portfolio flow, predictability, and time-to-market.
Experience & Skills
- 15+ years in IT leadership, delivery, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record in leading scaled Agile / Lean transformations.
- Strong experience in Lean Portfolio Management.
- Telecom or large enterprise experience preferred.
- SAFe / Agile Coaching certifications advantageous.
- Executive presence with strong influencing and systems-thinking capability.
