Job Description – Intern (Training MIS/Operations)

Role Purpose:
To support the Training Department’s Research Team by conducting structured market research, analyzing real estate data, and preparing internal reports and presentations that enhance training content, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Insights:
- Perform data cleaning, organization, and analysis using MS Excel
- Interpret real estate data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights
- Support the development of internal dashboards, trackers, and databases

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline or related field with over 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience: Previous experience in a construction, engineering, or contracting environment

Job Title: Architect - Technical Audit & Quality Control

Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site audits across all active projects and adjust visit frequency based on risk and project stage
- Assess architectural works for quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Identify non-conformities, quality deviations, and workmanship issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Review contractor quality procedures and evaluate mock-ups, samples, and critical installations
- Maintain accurate audit records and prepare structured technical reports with photographic evidence and risk ratings
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide technical clarification
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions and workshops
- Prepare audit summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
