CBA Real Estate is seeking a skilled and creative Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to produce high-quality visual content for luxury property listings across Dubai.
This role is ideal for a visual professional who understands real estate photography, cinematic videography, modern editing styles, and current Dubai social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Photography:
- Capture high-quality interior and exterior property photographs
- Photograph architectural details, lifestyle elements, and community amenities
- Deliver polished, magazine-quality images aligned with luxury branding
Property Videography:
- Shoot professional interior and exterior property videos
- Capture lifestyle, community, and architectural visuals
- Film agent-led property tours, testimonials, and promotional videos
Short-Form Content Creation:
- Create engaging short-form videos and visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Produce fast-paced, trend-driven reels optimized for social media performance
Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Apply color correction/grading, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics where required
- Ensure all content meets CBA Real Estate’s brand and quality standards
Trend & Market Awareness:
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate photography and videography trends
- Understand social media performance metrics and visual styles that drive engagement
