Key Responsibilities
- Represent Azizi Developments at malls, exhibitions, roadshows, and events
- Approach and engage potential customers to introduce ongoing and upcoming projects
- Clearly explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers
- Generate and record high-quality leads with accurate contact details
- Coordinate appointments between interested clients and the sales team
- Maintain daily reports of leads generated and client interactions
- Ensure professional brand representation at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Promoter, Sales Promoter, or similar customer-facing role (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude
Project Engineer - Electrical
About the job
Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and technically overseeing electrical works on construction or industrial projects. Ensures all electrical systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with design specifications, codes, and quality standards. Acts as the technical interface between engineering, procurement, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in electrical project execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in civil procurement within construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects
- Experience in procurement of consultancy services, structural works, and enabling works
- Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- UAE / GCC experience preferred

- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, structural works, and enabling works procurement
- Proven vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Xpeditor, MS Project, and ERP software advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Primavera
Cost Control Engineer - Aluminium Factory
Material & Yield Control
- Monitor aluminium profile consumption and cutting optimization
- Control scrap %, wastage, and rework
- Track powder coating, anodizing, and finishing costs
- Analyze hardware and accessory cost impact
Variance & Reporting
- Perform material, labor, and overhead variance analysis
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions
Inventory & ERP Control
- Reconcile physical vs ERP material consumption
- Monitor LME-linked aluminium price fluctuations
- Ensure accurate cost allocation in ERP
Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in aluminium fabrication cost control

مدير مشتريات - مدني (استشارات، هيكلية وأعمال تمهيدية)
- خبرة 8–12 سنة في مشتريات الأعمال المدنية ضمن البناء أو العقارات أو مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- خبرة قوية في شراء خدمات الاستشارات، الأعمال الهيكلية، والأعمال التمهيدية.
- خبرة عملية بأنظمة ERP للمشتريات مثل SAP، Oracle، Microsoft Dynamics أو ما شابه.
- يفضل خبرة في الإمارات / الخليج.
المهارات والكفاءات المطلوبة:
- معرفة تقنية قوية في الهندسة المدنية، الأعمال الهيكلية، وأعمال التمهيد.
- مهارات إدارة الموردين والتفاوض وإدارة العقود مثبتة.
- القدرة على تفسير المواصفات الفنية وتحويلها إلى استراتيجيات مشتريات.
مهندس مراقبة التكاليف
- درجة في الهندسة مع تخصص في إدارة المشاريع أو تدريب متعلق بمراقبة التكاليف.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- معرفة باستخدام Xpeditor، MS Project، وأنظمة ERP ميزة قوية.
- إجادة Microsoft Office، AutoCAD، و Primavera.
مهندس مراقبة التكاليف - مصنع الألومنيوم
- مراقبة استهلاك الألومنيوم وتحسين عمليات القطع.
- السيطرة على النفايات، نسبة الهدر، وإعادة العمل.
- متابعة تكاليف الطلاء، الأكسدة، والتشطيب.
- تحليل تأثير تكاليف الأجهزة والملحقات.
- إجراء تحليل الفروقات في المواد والعمالة والتكاليف العامة.
- مراقبة إنتاجية الآلات ونسب استخدامها.
- إعداد تقارير أداء التكاليف الأسبوعية والشهرية.
- تحديد التجاوزات في التكاليف والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- التسوية بين استهلاك المواد الفعلي ونظام ERP.
- مراقبة تقلبات أسعار الألومنيوم المرتبطة بـ LME.
- ضمان التوزيع الدقيق للتكاليف في ERP.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية / الصناعية أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 5–8 سنوات في مراقبة تكاليف تصنيع الألومنيوم.
- معرفة قوية بتحسين العائد والتكاليف المعيارية.
