A Maintenance Supervisor in a joinery or aluminum factory ensures the efficient operation of production machinery and the overall facility. Their role bridges technical oversight and team leadership to minimize downtime and maintain high-quality manufacturing standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Machinery Maintenance: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of specialized equipment such as CNC machines, panel saws, edge banders (joinery), or extrusion and cutting machines (aluminum)
