Details
• Study tender documents to extract essential project insights and support management participation decisions.
• Perform detailed quantity take-off and BOQ preparation by analyzing tender documents.
• Develop and maintain procurement strategy plans and subcontractor selection follow-up.
• Issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure optimal deals.
• Conduct comprehensive tender reviews and coordinate with technical departments.
• Identify value engineering opportunities through tender document analysis.
• Prepare design-build proposals integrating cost-effective engineering concepts aligned with client requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies and ambiguities in tender documents, RFIs, and subcontractor communications.
• Manage tender addenda and ensure their proper inclusion in final submissions.
Requirements
• Proven experience in civil estimation engineering or tender preparation.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and tender document analysis.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Excellent analytical and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in engineering estimation software and related tools.
