Site Engineer
About the Job
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site to ensure works are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards. The role supports the Section Engineer by supervising manpower, coordinating subcontractors, managing site documentation, and monitoring progress to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drawing & Documentation Management
- Review construction drawings for accuracy and clarity, ensuring only the latest issued-for-construction drawings are used on site
- Withdraw and control outdated drawings and documents
- Maintain and update site documentation including daily site diaries, reports, and records
- Prepare daily reports detailing quantities executed, workforce allocation, and work locations
Logistics Officer
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within a building construction
- Good understanding of construction logistics, material movement, and site coordination
- Familiarity with transport documentation, delivery procedures, and site access controls
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and logistics tracking systems
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing site priorities
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
General Foreman
Working Conditions
- Field-based role requiring full-time presence on construction sites
- Exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and active construction zones

Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in construction supervision across multiple trades (civil, steel, masonry, carpentry, electrical, finishing)

About the Job
The Safety Engineer is responsible for supporting and leading project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities to ensure safe execution of construction works in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local regulatory standards. The role acts as the in-charge of the Project HSE Department in the absence of the HSE Manager and plays a key role in maintaining high safety standards, monitoring site compliance, managing incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.
Key Accountabilities
Leadership & Departmental Oversight
- Act as in-charge of the Project HSE Department in the absence of the HSE Manager
- Accountable to the HSE Manager and functionally reports to the Project Manager for maintaining the highest safety standards throughout project execution
- Supervise, organize, and assign work programs to all HSE Officers and Inspectors
- Exercise authority, equivalent to the HSE Manager, to issue stop work orders on site in case of imminent danger
QA/QC Inspector (RTFI)

- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards including ASME, API, AWS, ASTM, and related specifications

المسؤول عن متابعة الأنشطة اليومية للبناء في الموقع لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بأمان، وفق الجدول الزمني، وبما يتوافق مع الرسومات والمواصفات وبيانات الطريقة والمعايير الجودة المعتمدة. يدعم مهندس القسم من خلال الإشراف على القوى العاملة، تنسيق المقاولين الفرعيين، إدارة مستندات الموقع، ومتابعة التقدم لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- مراجعة الرسومات الإنشائية للتأكد من الدقة والوضوح واستخدام آخر إصدار منها فقط في الموقع.
- سحب والتحكم بالرسومات والمستندات القديمة.
- الحفاظ على تحديث مستندات الموقع اليومية، مثل اليوميات والتقارير والسجلات.
- إعداد تقارير يومية توضح الكميات المنفذة، توزيع القوى العاملة، ومواقع العمل.
ضابط لوجستيات
المؤهلات والكفاءات المطلوبة:
