Role Responsibilities:
- Review contract documents and prepare the material and shop drawing registers
- Ensure that the project scope, submittals, drawings, and design comply with contract documents, addendums, value engineering proposals, and technical queries
- Coordinate with the planner and Project Manager to define submission priorities and timelines
- Work closely with designers to address and resolve design-related concerns, particularly for design-and-build projects
- Compile all required documents and drawings necessary for building permit applications

Key Responsibilities:
- Support AMANA’s construction innovation and productisation initiatives through structured analysis and research
- Assist Innovation leadership in identifying opportunities to improve buildability, standardisation, and repeatability of construction systems
- Contribute to the definition of construction-led use cases and value propositions for new systems, methods, and products
- Support prioritisation discussions by providing data, observations, and insights from projects, trials, and testing activities
- Analyse construction systems, assemblies, and interfaces focusing on buildability, tolerances, ergonomics, safety, and manufacturing constraints
Job Title: Construction Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience
- PMP and OSHA certification is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills

Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Financial Control & Variance Analysis:
- Work closely with project managers and cost controllers to monitor actual project performance versus budget and forecast
- Analyze variances in revenue, cost, and cashflow to identify risks and opportunities early
- Review monthly cost-to-complete submissions with project teams
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition under percentage-of-completion (POC) or IFRS 15
- Validate billing schedules, progress certificates, and variation orders for accurate reporting
- Monitor retention, advance payments, and progress billing to optimize cash flow
- Provide insights on cost trends, productivity, and margin movement
- Present findings to management from project managers up to leadership team
- Act as the financial advisor to project managers and site leadership
- Participate in project review meetings with data-driven insights and financial discipline
Job Title: Digital Engineering and Construction Lead
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electrical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM with hands-on engineering BIM tools and software
Technical Skills:
Modelling, Drafting and Coordination Knowledge:
- 3D Modelling: Develop models using Revit platform, create families from scratch, and work with point cloud files (Scan to BIM), with strong drafting and annotation skills
- BIM Coordination: Create clash reports using Navisworks, manage clash matrix, and perform clash tests and tracking
- 4D Simulation: Develop simulations using Synchro, Navisworks, or Lumion with basic planning knowledge
- 5D Cost and Quantity Takeoff: Extract schedules and quantities using Revit and Navisworks
