BMS Technician
ITI or equivalent course certificate, 3-5 years of experience in Gulf region.
Electrician
ITI or equivalent course certificate, 3-5 years of experience in Gulf region.
Plumber
ITI or equivalent course certificate, 3-5 years of experience in Gulf region.
Multi Skilled Tech / Carpenter / Painter
3-5 years of experience in Gulf region.
Facility Supervisor
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, 10 years experience in operation of BMS and FM.

Experienced person capable of handling a cleaning team of 40-50 people and managing cleaning services for a building of 500,000 sqft.

- سباك – شهادة ITI أو ما يعادلها، خبرة 3-5 سنوات في منطقة الخليج
- فني متعدد المهارات/نجار/دهان – خبرة 3-5 سنوات في منطقة الخليج
الإشراف وإدارة الفرق:
- مشرف مرافق – دبلوم ميكانيكا/كهرباء، خبرة 10 سنوات في تشغيل أنظمة BMS وإدارة المرافق
- قائد فريق التنظيف – شخص ذو خبرة قادر على إدارة فريق تنظيف مكون من 40-50 شخصًا وخدمات تنظيف مبنى بمساحة 500,000 قدم مربع
- عمال تنظيف عام (ذكور) – 12 ساعة يوميًا
