- معرفة بأنظمة تكييف السيارات وقدرة على استخدام أجهزة التشخيص.
- خبرة في صيانة المعدات الثقيلة أو محركات الديزل ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.
- خبرة في بيئة الوكالات مفضلة.
أخصائي دعم التطبيقات – Keyloop
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة البرمجيات.
- معرفة بلغات البرمجة، المنصات منخفضة/بدون كود، تقنيات Full-stack، وأطر تطوير البرمجيات.
- فهم صناعة وكلاء السيارات ومتطلبات هذا القطاع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دورة تطوير البرمجيات وتنفيذ مشاريع معقدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دعم أنظمة إدارة الوكلاء (Keyloop / Autoline مفضلة).
- خبرة في دعم تطبيقات سير العمل (SharePoint / PowerApps).
