Leasing Administrator (UAEN)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the department including issuance and renewals of contracts, notices, memos, collections, and customer support.
- Revenue collection and accounting.
- Lease review and abstracting, lease audits, occupancy cost analysis.
- Establish and maintain/update records and filing system (DMS) to support management information needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external (RERA, DM, DED) policies, rules, and regulations to protect company and customer interests.
- Prepare management reports/information in a timely manner.
- Utilize property management systems and processes including software systems and accounting systems for effective management.
- Ensure complaints, concerns, occupiers, and stakeholders are attended to and resolved efficiently and satisfactorily.

HSSE Officer (Automotive)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Fire and Safety / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Certifications
- NEBOSH IGC (Level 03)
- IOSH Managing Safely or OSHAD Practitioner Certification (advantage)
- First Aid – Level 03, Fire Safety – Level 02, or other relevant certifications
- ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certifications (plus)
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in an HSSE role, preferably in automotive, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with UAE Health, Safety & Environmental regulations and relevant international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
Trainee Engineer - Networking
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Familiarity with network devices and technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
- Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and continually improve the Document Control Management System as per ISO standards.
- Monitor document control requirements and recommend improvements.
- Handle daily document control activities, including distribution, maintaining electronic folders, tracking, and retrieval of documents and drawings.
- Prepare drawings, computer graphics, and other technical submissions as instructed by Head of Business Development or other managers.
- Expedite the return of documents and receipt of approval or comments within required timeframes from internal or external parties.
- Follow up with internal/external stakeholders to build tender submission documents.
