Crewing Officer - MOU
- Manage timely deployment of qualified and competent crew members for Jack Up Barges
- Coordinate crew assignments and crew changes
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Monitor Training Plan for all seafarers (officers & crew)
- Track all STCW training requirements and validity
- Ensure all ZMI crew documents comply with ZMI HSE policies
Treasury Officer (UAE National)
- Handle treasury transactions, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Liaise with banks regarding transactions, credit facilities, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and controls
- Support financial audits related to treasury operations
- Maintain records related to bank accounts, guarantees, and credit facilities
- Prepare documentation for new bank accounts, KYC updates, and facility renewals
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
- Experience in UAE and marine/offshore industry is a plus
Marine Superintendent - Jack-Up Barges
- Oversee ship management for assigned barges covering safety, finance, marine & technical, procurement, crewing, and regulatory compliance
- Lead Integrated Operating Team (IOT) to optimize performance and fleet utilization within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary fleet management activities
Information Security Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in information security roles
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ preferred
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and SOC experience
- Coordinate and lead all information security initiatives
- Liaise with outsourced SOC
- Deploy, integrate, and maintain security tools and technologies
- Monitor compliance, regulatory and contractual security requirements
- Support incident response planning and promote security awareness
Ticketing Officer
- Minimum 5 years corporate travel experience, including after-hours and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality
- Experience with AMADEUS; NDC knowledge is a plus
- Skilled in ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, and end-to-end travel arrangements
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and destination management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective problem-solving, communication skills, and international destination knowledge
Senior Analyst - Corporate & Performance Reporting
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) required; CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate reporting and performance management
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; excellent presentation skills
- Strong financial analysis and strategic performance measurement skills

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- ضمان نشر أعضاء الطاقم المؤهلين في الوقت المناسب.

- متابعة متطلبات التدريب وفق STCW وضمان صلاحية الشهادات خلال مدة العقد.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

- التنسيق مع البنوك بشأن المعاملات والتسهيلات الائتمانية والوثائق.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الخزينة الداخلية والرقابة.

المؤهلات
