- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst, with 5+ years delivering Newgen platform implementations (iBPS, OmniDocs, BAM, O2MS, etc.)
- Domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services: Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Customer Onboarding
- Experience in requirements elicitation, process re-engineering, workflow design, and functional documentation
- Hands-on exposure to BPM platforms, system integrations, and digital process automation initiatives
- Knowledge of project management tools/methodologies such as JIRA or equivalent
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
