Personal / Travelling Butler – UHNWI Family (Dubai, United Arab Emirates & International)
Work Location:
Primary base location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Extensive international travel (private jet and yacht)

Family Profile:
An Ultra High Net Worth family of five (two adults and three young children under five), supported by a fully staffed household. The position involves close collaboration with chefs, nannies, housemaids, drivers, and security, alongside frequent global travel across both business and personal itineraries.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Personal / Travelling Butler to provide end-to-end lifestyle and personal support to a UHNWI family based in Dubai with extensive international travel. This is a hands-on, highly trusted role requiring absolute discretion, exceptional organizational capability, and the ability to operate seamlessly across residences, yachts, private aviation, and global destinations. Prior experience working with families and children in a UHNW environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Personal & Lifestyle Support
• Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the Principal and family, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Anticipate needs by understanding preferences, routines, and lifestyle requirements.
• Manage personal calendars, appointments, and schedules.
• Handle personal shopping, gifting, and ad-hoc requests with efficiency and discretion.
• Liaise closely with household staff (nannies, chef, domestic staff, driver, etc.), external vendors, and the Principal’s office / PA.

عائلة ذات ثروة عالية جدًا مكونة من خمسة أفراد (بالغان طفلين وثلاثة أطفال دون سن الخامسة)، مدعومة بفريق منزلي كامل. تشمل الوظيفة التعاون الوثيق مع الطهاة والمربيات وعاملات المنزل والسائقين وفريق الأمن، إلى جانب السفر العالمي المتكرر لأغراض العمل والشخصية.

ملخص الوظيفة:

نبحث عن بوترل شخصي / للسفر ذو خبرة عالية لتقديم الدعم الشخصي ونمط الحياة بشكل كامل لعائلة UHNW مقيمة في دبي مع سفر دولي موسع. هذه وظيفة عملية تتطلب الثقة المطلقة، وقدرات تنظيمية استثنائية، والقدرة على العمل بسلاسة عبر المنازل واليخوت والطيران الخاص والوجهات العالمية. الخبرة السابقة في العمل مع العائلات والأطفال في بيئة UHNW أساسية.
