Pharmacist (DHA License) - BinSina Pharmacy

About the job:
We are looking for Pharmacist who has a DHA License / Eligibility Letter to be based within the Emirates of Dubai. The Position will be reporting to Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist In-charge and will fulfill all Statutory and Professional Duties as a registered pharmacist by following the rules and regulations of Health Authorities and providing the best customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill all Statutory and Professional Duties of a registered pharmacist, including license validity and adherence to health authority regulations.
• Ensure the highest professional standards of counter prescribing and Medicines Protocol implementation within customer service excellence.
• Maintain confidentiality of information concerning customers, staff, and company policies.
• Follow up on item expiries to prevent expired items.
• Prepare credit card reports and cash deposits timely.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor service quality and escalate major complaints to the Restaurant Manager.

Experience, Qualification & Skills:
• High School Diploma or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a similar role.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, technicians, and key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance:
