Project Engineer (Civil/Structural)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Coordination
- Site Supervision: Provide technical leadership and supervision for site-based construction activities, ensuring work is performed in accordance with approved shop drawings and method statements.
- Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with the Planning department to monitor project milestones and look-ahead schedules, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage the daily activities of various subcontractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements and deadlines.
- Resource Management: Assist the Construction Manager in the efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize site productivity.
Logistics Engineer (Construction Site Operations)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Supply Chain Management/Logistics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics engineering or management, with at least 3 years specifically on large-scale construction sites in the UAE/GCC.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD for site layout design.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and high-rise vertical logistics.
- Familiarity with project planning software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Local Knowledge: Proven familiarity with UAE local authority regulations regarding traffic diversions, oversized load permits, and site mobilization requirements.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, spatial planning, and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
General Foreman - Civil
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of continuous experience as a General Foreman (Civil) or Senior Foreman, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the UAE construction industry.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in managing large-scale civil works, preferably on high-rise building, infrastructure, or major commercial projects. Direct experience on UNEC sites or similar Tier 1 contractor projects is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: In-depth, practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and quality control standards for civil works.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, team management, and disciplinary skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse multi-cultural workforce.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/other relevant construction-site languages is a strong asset.
Light Vehicle Driver (Site Operations & Staff Transport)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- License (Mandatory): Must possess a Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Manual/Automatic).
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience in the UAE. Previous experience working for a construction firm or a Tier-1 contractor is highly preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of major roads, landmarks, and industrial zones in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Familiarity with the latest RTA regulations and Salik/Darbi systems.
- Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English (speaking and reading) is essential to understand site instructions and navigation. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, disciplined, and possessing a professional demeanor with a strong commitment to road safety.
Civil Foreman (Site Operations & Labor Management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Management & Site Execution:
- Frontline Supervision: Directly lead and manage gangs of skilled and unskilled laborers (carpenters, steel fixers, masons) to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Work Allocation: Assign daily tasks to team members based on the priority of work fronts and ensure everyone is clear on their specific duties and safety requirements.
- Material Coordination: Coordinate the timely delivery of materials (rebar, timber, concrete) to the work area, ensuring the team has the necessary tools and supplies to work without interruption.
- Productivity: Monitor and drive the pace of work to align with the weekly look-ahead schedule, reporting any delays or resource shortages to the Site Engineer immediately.

مهندس مشروع (مدني/إنشائي)
الوصف الوظيفي:
تقديم القيادة الفنية والإشراف على الأنشطة الإنشائية في الموقع لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات والمخططات المعتمدة. التعاون مع قسم التخطيط لمتابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع ومعالجة أي تأخيرات محتملة. تنسيق وإدارة الأنشطة اليومية للمقاولين من الباطن وضمان التزامهم بمتطلبات المشروع والمواعيد النهائية. دعم مدير البناء في تخصيص الموارد البشرية والمعدات والمواد بكفاءة لتعظيم الإنتاجية في الموقع.
مهندس لوجستيات (عمليات مواقع البناء)
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية، الهندسة المدنية، أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد/هندسة اللوجستيات.
- خبرة 5-8 سنوات في هندسة أو إدارة اللوجستيات، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في مواقع البناء الكبرى في الإمارات/الخليج.
- إجادة استخدام AutoCAD لتصميم تخطيطات المواقع وفهم متقدم لطرق البناء واللوجستيات الرأسية.
- الإلمام ببرامج تخطيط المشاريع مثل Primavera P6 أو MS Project.
- معرفة بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية في الإمارات المتعلقة بتحويلات المرور وتصاريح الأحمال الزائدة ومتطلبات تحريك الموقع.

- خبرة في إدارة أعمال مدنية واسعة النطاق، ويفضل في المباني العالية أو المشاريع الكبرى.
- معرفة عملية بالمواد والمعدات ومعايير الجودة لأعمال البناء.
- مهارات قيادية وإدارة فرق متعددة الثقافات، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
سائق مركبات خفيفة (عمليات الموقع ونقل الموظفين)
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية للمركبات الخفيفة (يدوي/أوتوماتيك).
- خبرة 3-5 سنوات في القيادة المهنية بالإمارات، ويفضل في شركات البناء.
- معرفة ممتازة بالطرق والمعالم الصناعية في دبي وأبوظبي، وفهم لوائح هيئة الطرق والمواصلات.
- إجادة أساسية للغة الإنجليزية لفهم تعليمات الموقع.
- الانضباط والالتزام بالسلامة المرورية.
مشرف مدني (إدارة الموقع والعمالة)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف المباشر وإدارة فرق العمال المهرة وغير المهرة (نجارين، مثبتي حديد، بنائين) لضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج اليومية.
- توزيع المهام اليومية وفق أولويات العمل وضمان التزام الفريق بإجراءات السلامة.
- تنسيق تسليم المواد في الوقت المناسب لضمان عدم توقف العمل.
