F&B Cost Controller

About the Job:
JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&B Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and efficiency. This role involves preparing various reports, conducting inventory reconciliations, and coordinating with the F&B operations team. We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, and F&B industry.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional course is an added advantage.

Cost Controller Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on purchases, sales, COGS, and stock status.
• Follow up with the F&B operations team to ensure accurate batch production and inventory status.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and chefs to manage inventory levels in SAPAAD.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations at the month-end.
• Perform recipe costing and updates as needed.
• Recipe, Articles, and sub-recipes adding/updating in Sapaad.
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss reports and other deliverables on Fridays.
• Generate ad hoc reports as required by stakeholders.

Finance Key Responsibilities:
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures for divisions, ensuring accurate reconciliations of sales, inventory, and expenses.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules related to prepayments, accruals, deposits, advances, etc., for F&B and other divisions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Post monthly sales of ANA, TAV Dubai Mall, and TAV Dalma Mall in D365 based on Sapaad.
• Prepare the Order to Buy Report by the 1st of every month.
• Compute the monthly F&B staff tips file.
• Handle external audit requirements for 2023 and 2024 for F&B and other entities.

Field Trainer

About the Job:
• Support in implementing national training strategy and measure the impact.
• Animate training sessions.
• Coach Sales Ambassadors and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Support Managers in store in the coaching of their teams.
• Propose and implement SA action plan in collaboration with Managers in store.
• Act as an ambassador of the brand and our expertise.
• Work in close collaboration with the Senior Retail Trainer to ensure the training needs of the organization are met and that all team members have received the necessary training support by scheduling individual and team training plans on a regular basis.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs and create, in collaboration with the Senior Retail Trainer, needed training on selling skills, KPI improvement, and training tools.
• Work in collaboration with the Line Managers, Senior Manager, CRM, and Client Development Manager to plan, organize, and execute training calendar, clearly identifying topics and subjects that are suited to the business needs in terms of new arrivals, slow movers, selling skills, and customer service.
• Ensure quality of theoretical and practical knowledge transfer and choose the most appropriate delivery method per case (e.g., on-the-job training, blended learning, role playing…).
• Animate group or individual training sessions: Induction, product, expertise, selling skills.

مراقب تكاليف الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B Cost Controller)

عن الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مراقب تكاليف الأغذية والمشروبات ذو خبرة ودقة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن إدارة ومراقبة تكاليف الطعام والمشروبات لضمان الربحية والكفاءة. تشمل الوظيفة إعداد تقارير مختلفة، إجراء تسويات المخزون، والتنسيق مع فريق عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات. نبحث عن مرشح لديه خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال المالية والمحاسبة وصناعة الأغذية والمشروبات.

المؤهلات:

  • درجة الماجستير في المالية، المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • الدورات المهنية ميزة إضافية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  1. إعداد وتقديم التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية حول المشتريات، المبيعات، تكلفة البضاعة المباعة، وحالة المخزون.
  2. متابعة فريق عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات لضمان دقة الإنتاج وحالة المخزون.
  3. التنسيق مع مديري المطاعم والطهاة لإدارة مستويات المخزون في نظام SAPAAD.
  4. إجراء تسويات المخزون في نهاية الشهر.
  5. إجراء تقدير تكلفة الوصفات وتحديثها عند الحاجة.
  6. إضافة/تحديث الوصفات، العناصر والوصفات الفرعية في Sapaad.
  7. حضور الاجتماعات الأسبوعية لمناقشة التقارير والمخرجات الأخرى يوم الجمعة.
  8. إعداد تقارير خاصة حسب الطلب من الجهات المعنية.
  9. إجراءات الإغلاق المالي الشهري والسنوي للأقسام، وضمان تسويات دقيقة للمبيعات والمخزون والنفقات.
  10. إعداد جداول الميزانية المتعلقة بالمدفوعات المسبقة، المستحقات، الودائع والسلف للأقسام المختلفة.
  11. إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية (قائمة الدخل، الميزانية العمومية).
  12. إدخال المبيعات الشهرية لـ ANA وTAV دبي مول وTAV دلما مول في D365 بناءً على Sapaad.
  13. إعداد تقرير الطلب للشراء بحلول اليوم الأول من كل شهر.
  14. حساب ملف نصائح موظفي الأغذية والمشروبات الشهري.
  15. التعامل مع متطلبات التدقيق الخارجي لعامي 2023 و2024 للأقسام ذات الصلة.

مدرب ميداني (Field Trainer)

عن الوظيفة:

دعم تنفيذ استراتيجية التدريب الوطنية وقياس الأثر. تقديم جلسات تدريبية، وإرشاد سفراء المبيعات وعقد جلسات تدريب فردية. دعم المدراء في المتاجر في تدريب فرقهم، واقتراح وتنفيذ خطط عمل السفراء بالتعاون مع المدراء. العمل بشكل وثيق مع كبير مدربي التجزئة لضمان تلبية احتياجات التدريب لجميع أعضاء الفريق من خلال جدولة خطط التدريب الفردية والجماعية بانتظام.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • تقييم نقاط القوة والضعف لتحديد احتياجات التدريب وإنشاء التدريب اللازم بالتعاون مع كبير مدربي التجزئة على مهارات البيع، تحسين مؤشرات الأداء وأدوات التدريب.
  • التعاون مع المدراء، كبار المديرين، CRM ومدير تطوير العملاء لتخطيط وتنظيم وتنفيذ تقويم التدريب، مع تحديد الموضوعات التي تلبي احتياجات العمل مثل المنتجات الجديدة، البضائع البطيئة، مهارات البيع وخدمة العملاء.
  • ضمان جودة نقل المعرفة النظرية والعملية واختيار أفضل طريقة تقديم حسب الحالة (مثل التدريب أثناء العمل، التعلم المختلط، لعب الأدوار).
  • تقديم جلسات تدريب فردية أو جماعية: التعريف بالشركة، المنتجات، الخبرة، مهارات البيع.
