Document Controller
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Organise internal and external meetings, presentations, and associated logistics.
- Support the commercial team with contracts, bids, and documentation.
- Manage office supplies and PPE, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain and administer electronic file-sharing systems such as SharePoint and Aconex.
- Oversee system management, ensuring documents meet quality standards.
- Create and update distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow.
- Maintain project work package matrices and generate reports for the project team.
- Ensure key processes, including RFIs, operate in line with established procedures.
You’ll Need To Have
- Aconex experience.
- Previous experience working within a construction team.

Electrical Inspector - Building
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conduct site inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Verify delivered materials against approved Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Raise, review, and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs).
- Manage snagging and de‑snagging activities to achieve required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes, regulations, and authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, ADCD).
- Witness and support electrical testing, commissioning, and BMS integration activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, prepare inspection reports, and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation.
You’ll Need To Have
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, working for a PMC and/or Supervision Consultant, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Strong background in mixed-use building projects (mandatory).
- Experience in infrastructure works is an advantage (not required).
- Familiarity with Design & Build contracts under FIDIC Yellow Book conditions.
- Experience in large-scale mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QA/QC reporting tools.
- Arabic speaker is a plus.
Portfolio Director
You’ll Need To Have
- Extensive experience in senior portfolio or programme leadership roles within complex, high-profile, and regulated environments.
- Proven track record in overseeing large-scale, multi programme/projects portfolios with strong governance, controls, and performance outcomes.
- Successful delivery of programmes and projects from start to finish, including design, construction, handover, and closeout.
- Advanced capability in commercial management, programme risk, assurance, and executive decision support.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite and executive office level.
- Strong contractor, consultant, and third-party developer management experience.
- Relevant degree and/or professional accreditation (e.g., MAPM, MRICS, MICE, CIOB, or equivalent).

You’ll Need To Have
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e., MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and moving towards fellowship, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
