Architectural Engineer - Building
- Manage design and build deliverables per FIDIC Yellow Book conditions, ensuring contractual obligations.
- Review and validate architectural design packages, including DVRs, IFC drawings, and shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority standards.
- Coordinate architectural design with structural and MEP teams for integrated project delivery.
- Oversee Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approval processes.

- Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines; identify and mitigate risks.
- Oversee technical services and external resources, including consultants and contractors.

- Process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs).
- Manage snagging and de-snagging activities; maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Update knowledge of UAE building codes, guidelines, and authority requirements (ADM, DMT, Estidama).
- Coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and report deviations from approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage inspection schedules accurately.
Mechanical Inspector - Building
- Inspect mechanical installations for compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Verify delivered materials against Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Raise, review, and close NCRs and SORs.
- Manage snagging and de-snagging activities for quality compliance.
- Ensure adherence to UAE mechanical codes and authority standards (ADM, ADDC, ADCD).
- Witness mechanical testing and commissioning: HVAC, firefighting, BMS integration.
- Coordinate with site teams, manage inspection schedules, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience, 5+ years in UAE; mixed-use building projects required; Arabic is a plus.
Cost Manager - Civil Infrastructure
- Manage full project lifecycle cost services across sectors.
- Provide technical guidance to specialist disciplines in project delivery.

مهندس معماري – Architectural Engineer Building
المسؤوليات:
- إدارة تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع وفق شروط FIDIC Yellow Book، وضمان الالتزام بالعقود.
- مراجعة واعتماد حزم التصميم المعماري بما في ذلك DVR وIFC ورسومات الورشة.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير البناء واللوائح في دولة الإمارات.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهيكلية وMEP لضمان تسليم مشروع متكامل.
- متابعة إجراءات الاعتماد والموافقات لدى السلطات في أبوظبي للأعمال المعمارية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- اعتماد مهني قوي وخبرة في الهندسة المعمارية والبناء والاستشارات.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع مختلطة الاستخدام، ويفضل ضمن الإمارات مع فرق كبيرة ومتنوعة.
- إلمام بقوانين السلامة، العقود، الأكواد الإماراتية والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
