HSE Officer - Construction & Commercial Projects
- Responsible for ensuring safety of all personnel on site and compliance with HSE regulations across construction, commercial, and data center projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies
- Monitor and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers and staff
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to implement corrective actions
- Promote a strong safety culture across all sites
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and good communication skills
- Experience in data center projects is preferred
Landscape Site Engineer (Villa Swimming Pool Exp)
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in landscape construction or site engineering
- Strong understanding of landscaping principles and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and landscaping
- Preferred: Professional certification (PE or Certified Landscape Professional)
- Experience with landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Previous experience managing landscaping projects of varying scales
- Availability: Immediate, locally based, valid UAE driving license

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

- شهادات NEBOSH / IOSH مفضلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مشاريع البناء والمباني التجارية.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح الصحة والسلامة المحلية.
- مهارات تواصل وإعداد تقارير جيدة.
- خبرة في مشاريع مراكز البيانات مفضلة.
مهندس موقع المناظر الطبيعية (خبرة حمامات سباحة الفلل)
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء المناظر الطبيعية أو هندسة المواقع، مع فهم قوي لمبادئ وتقنيات تصميم المناظر الطبيعية.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع، بما في ذلك القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة شفويًا وكتابيًا.
- إجادة استخدام برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
- معرفة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة في البناء وتصميم المناظر الطبيعية.
المؤهلات المفضلة
