1. Manager - Contracts (EPC)
- Manage contracts for EPC projects and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review, negotiate, and execute project contracts with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with project teams to manage risk and ensure contract obligations.
- Support business development and legal teams on contractual matters.
2. Senior Manager - Contracts (EPC)
- Lead the contracts team for major EPC projects.
- Develop strategies for contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Oversee contract administration and reporting processes.
- Provide guidance to project managers on contract interpretation and execution.
3. VP - Business Development & Strategy
- Lead business development initiatives and strategic planning.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Collaborate with executive management and project teams.
4. Director - Business Development (EPC)
- Oversee business development activities for EPC projects.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Support proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
5. Vice President of Engineering (EPC)
- Lead engineering teams across shipbuilding and marine sectors.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
