Accounting Administrator
- High School or Diploma holder.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Experience with accounting software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage.
- No experience or minimum 1 year experience preferred.

Associate HSES Technician
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records, reports, checklists, and logs.
- Prepare monthly and weekly HSE performance reports.
- Support documentation related to training, audits, and inspections.
- Assist in the preparation of HSE documentation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate HSE meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Must be an Emirati National and familiar with basic UAE HSE regulations.
- Job Location: Ruwais, Site Office.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday; Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure environments (fresh graduates with strong interest in HSE may be considered).
- Familiarity with local HSE regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- English proficiency – spoken and written.
Principal Regulatory Compliance Attorney
- Education: J.D., LL.M., or LL.B.
- Licensed attorney in good standing in the U.K. or equivalent.
- 10 years building and overseeing compliance programs and frameworks (preferably multi-jurisdictional) with 6 years in the EU and UK.
- 6 years of EU and UK regulatory compliance experience, including GDPR, data governance, and privacy.
- 6 years defending against EU and UK regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement; interacting with EU and UK regulators and supervisory authorities.
- Preferred certifications: CIPP, CCEP, or CRCM.
- Experience supporting global companies with EU and GDPR compliance and handling complex regulatory compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, 27701, and NIST Privacy Framework.

المسؤوليات الإدارية:

- دعم توثيق التدريب والتدقيق والتفتيش.
- المساعدة في إعداد مستندات HSE للتدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- تنسيق اجتماعات HSE وتسجيل المحاضر ومتابعة الإجراءات.
المتطلبات المحلية:
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً إماراتياً، مع معرفة بأساسيات قوانين HSE في الإمارات.

المؤهلات:
