Invoicing Specialist

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Invoice Preparation

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of invoices, including all required supporting documents and adherence to established process steps.

Verify the accuracy of cost details, pricing structures, and contractual terms before issuing invoices.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Customer Service) to resolve invoice-related discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with customer-specific invoicing templates, billing requirements, and audit standards.

Facilitate the timely submission and delivery of invoices through appropriate customer channels (e.g., direct uploads to customer portals).

Reporting & Financial Analysis 

Generate regular financial reports, including Work in Progress (WIP) tracking, profitability analysis, and end-of-month revenue forecasting.

Provide insights into revenue trends, cost deviations, and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for cost control, forecasting, and invoice accuracy audits.

Assist in preparing revenue/profit forecasts and variance analyses to support financial planning.

Membership) · Bachelor’s degree is required. If the degree is not in a relevant field such as Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, the candidate must possess a recognized technical qualification in lieu of relevance. · A Master’s degree relevant to the role (e.g., Engineering Management, Aerospace Systems, or Business Administration) is preferred but not required. · FAA or EASA Powerplant License, or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification, is required.

Minimum Experience: · At least 10 years of experience in powerplant management, technical operations, or engine leasing/MRO roles, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry. · 5 to 8 years of experience in project management or technical leadership capacity, managing engine repair projects, lease transitions, or cross-functional initiatives. · Experience in lease return/redelivery, technical due diligence, contract interpretation, or repair oversight is highly desirable.

Job Specific Competencies:

1. Market and Industry Sector Knowledge: Has an in-depth understanding and maintains currency of the relevant global and regional market and industry sectors, Sanad operations and strategy and incorporates this into strategic and project decision making processes.

2. Technical Expertise: A broad understanding of narrowbody and widebody engine types, specifically including CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B, V2500-A5, and Trent700 engines.

3. Contract and lease knowledge: Demonstrated experience in reviewing and interpreting technical

provisions of aircraft and engine lease and purchase agreements, along with experience in auditing

ضمان إعداد الفواتير بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب، بما في ذلك جميع المستندات الداعمة المطلوبة والالتزام بخطوات العملية المحددة.

التحقق من دقة تفاصيل التكلفة وهياكل التسعير والشروط التعاقدية قبل إصدار الفواتير.

التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين (العمليات، وإدارة سلسلة التوريد، والمالية، وخدمة العملاء) لحل التناقضات المتعلقة بالفواتير.

ضمان الامتثال لقوالب الفواتير الخاصة بالعملاء ومتطلبات الفواتير ومعايير التدقيق.

العضوية) · يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس. إذا لم تكن الشهادة في مجال ذي صلة، مثل هندسة الطيران، أو هندسة الفضاء، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، فيجب أن يكون لدى المرشح مؤهل تقني معترف به بدلاً من التخصص ذي الصلة. · يُفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير ذات الصلة بالوظيفة (مثل إدارة الهندسة، أو أنظمة الفضاء، أو إدارة الأعمال) ولكنه ليس شرطاً. · يشترط الحصول على رخصة محرك من إدارة الطيران الفيدرالية (FAA) أو وكالة سلامة الطيران الأوروبية (EASA)، أو ما يعادلها من مؤهل معترف به دولياً.

الحد الأدنى من الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة محطات توليد الطاقة، أو العمليات الفنية، أو تأجير المحركات/الصيانة والإصلاح، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الطيران أو الفضاء. خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع أو القدرة على القيادة الفنية، وإدارة مشاريع إصلاح المحركات، أو انتقالات التأجير، أو المبادرات متعددة الوظائف. تُعدّ الخبرة في إعادة/إعادة تسليم الإيجار، والعناية الواجبة الفنية، وتفسير العقود، أو الإشراف على الإصلاحات أمرًا مرغوبًا فيه للغاية.
