Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Consultant – Arabic Speaker to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marikina.

The Property Consultant will be responsible for:

Providing expert real estate advice
Assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing
Conducting market analysis
Maintaining excellent customer service

The role involves identifying client needs, building long-term relationships, and supporting business objectives with strategic real estate solutions.

Qualifications

Strong skills in consulting and real estate, with a deep understanding of market trends and opportunities
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet targets and build lasting client relationships
Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication
Capability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
