Investor Relations Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Overview:

Manage and enhance relationships with investors, providing strategic insight, financial reporting, and communication support to ensure trust, transparency, and alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts
Prepare and present investor reports, presentations, and briefings
Collaborate with executive leadership on communication strategies
Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform investor messaging
Respond to investor queries accurately and promptly
Support fundraising, IPO, or secondary issuance processes as needed

Subject Matter Expert – International Central Securities Depository (ICSD)

Responsibilities:

Lead design, implementation, and iterations of UAE central securities depository platform
Define integration standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT) and onboarding procedures
Shape business architecture, settlement models, asset servicing, and collateral management
Oversee testing, migration, and operational readiness across market participants
Produce documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks
Ensure regulatory compliance, platform security, and operational resilience

Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate the annual budgeting process
Prepare monthly forecasts and predictive financial models
Monitor actual vs. budgeted results and implement corrective actions
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Analyze historical data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
Support investor relations with accurate financial information
Develop and track KPIs to assess business performance
Generate reports using BI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint

Software Architect (Java)

Responsibilities:

Design software system architecture aligned with business requirements and cloud services
Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, databases, and tools
Define development standards, best practices, and methodologies
Oversee database design and architectural integrity throughout the lifecycle
Conduct code and architecture reviews for quality, performance, and security
Create architecture documentation and communicate technical concepts
Mentor and guide development teams; lead sub-team of 3–5 engineers
Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and Governance policies

Solutions Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements to understand strategic objectives and AI readiness
Conduct needs analyses, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking
Develop AI-powered solution architectures aligned with business outcomes
Prepare technical proposals, value propositions, and recommendations for senior stakeholders

صياغة هيكل الأعمال، نماذج التسوية، خدمات الأصول، وإدارة الضمانات
الإشراف على الاختبارات، عمليات الهجرة، وجاهزية التشغيل لجميع المشاركين في السوق
