Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

Provide information and assistance to visitors, guiding them within the school

Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs

Act as a central point for communication and relay messages to relevant staff

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Schedule appointments and meetings for school staff

Maintain and organize the reception area

Assist with student check-in and check-out, ensuring proper documentation

Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing

Assist with coordination of school events and activities

Requirements
