Job Description:
The Senior Buyer is responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods. The role plays a key part in supplier management, contract negotiation, and supporting the company’s supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and supply risks
Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics teams
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in procurement or buying, preferably in the food industry

يتولى مسؤول المشتريات الأول إدارة أنشطة الشراء والتوريد لضمان توفير المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والخدمات بأفضل جودة وتكلفة وفي الوقت المناسب، مع بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين ودعم استراتيجية سلسلة الإمداد.
المهام الرئيسية:
وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الشراء بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة
البحث عن الموردين وتقييمهم محليًا ودوليًا
التفاوض على الأسعار والعقود وشروط التوريد
ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المشتريات
متابعة أداء الموردين وتحليل اتجاهات السوق
التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج والمالية والخدمات اللوجستية

يدعم منسق سلسلة الإمداد العمليات اليومية لسلسلة التوريد من خلال التنسيق بين المشتريات والمخازن والخدمات اللوجستية، مع ضمان انسيابية العمليات وتحقيق كفاءة التشغيل.
المهام الرئيسية:
تنسيق أنشطة سلسلة الإمداد اليومية
متابعة المخزون ودعم التخطيط للطلب
تتبع الشحنات وضمان الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم
إعداد تقارير الأداء الخاصة بسلسلة الإمداد
التواصل مع الموردين والمستودعات والأقسام الداخلية
المساهمة في تحسين العمليات وتقليل التكاليف
المتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو الخدمات اللوجستية
خبرة في تنسيق سلاسل الإمداد أو العمليات اللوجستية
مهارات تنظيمية وحل مشكلات قوية
إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP وبرامج Microsoft Office
