Senior Account Manager (Print/POS) – Dubai, UAE (Remote, Part-Time/Full-Time)

Experience Required: 2–3 years in print/POS production or similar production management roles

Job Overview:
The Senior Account Manager leads the production of complex marketing campaigns across print, POS, and branded materials. This hands-on role combines strategic planning, client partnership, and production expertise. The position involves managing high-impact projects, mentoring other production managers, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end production for strategic marketing campaigns, including print, POS, and omnichannel initiatives.
Work closely with clients to advise on production strategies, campaign execution, and process improvements.
Manage supplier relationships, budgets, timelines, and delivery to maintain high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with overall campaign objectives.
Propose cost-saving, sustainability, and efficiency initiatives.
Mentor and support Production Managers, overseeing workflow and project traffic.
Serve as a point of escalation within the production team, maintaining clarity under pressure.

Skills and Experience Required:

Solid project management skills for large and strategic campaigns.
Strong knowledge of production processes, supplier management, and omnichannel marketing.
Excellent communication skills and technical literacy.
High attention to detail and quality control mindset.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:
يتولى مدير الحسابات الأول قيادة إنتاج الحملات التسويقية المعقدة عبر الطباعة ومواد نقاط البيع والمواد العلامية. يجمع هذا الدور بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الشراكة مع العملاء، والخبرة الإنتاجية. يشمل الدور إدارة المشاريع عالية التأثير، الإشراف على مديري الإنتاج الآخرين، وضمان تنفيذ الحملات بدقة عالية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قيادة الإنتاج الشامل للحملات التسويقية الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك الطباعة وPOS والمبادرات متعددة القنوات.
العمل عن قرب مع العملاء لتقديم المشورة حول استراتيجيات الإنتاج وتنفيذ الحملات وتحسين العمليات.
إدارة علاقات الموردين والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية والتسليم لضمان جودة عالية.
التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان توافق أهداف المشاريع مع أهداف الحملات الشاملة.
